Why Seek Your Benefits?

Every day, a Veterans dies without ever receiving any of the benefits and entitlements that their service earned.

Unfortunately, too many Veterans believe that if they take anything then there is another Veteran somewhere, worse off, who isn’t getting it.

Every Veteran is entitled to the same benefits and advantages as a result of their service. These amounts are budgeted for every year at the federal, state, local, and private sector levels.

And every year, billions of dollars are scooped back into the budget because the funds are never claimed.

Why should you take advantage of every opportunity and benefit you can get?

Because every Veteran that receives what they are owed is a shining beacon to all the others that they have not been forgotten.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Does It Cost To Have A Consultation?

Nothing! Per federal law, no one may charge a Veteran for discussing with them their benefits or entitlements. Do not allow yourself to be suckered by others who ask for you to pay upfront or to give a portion of what you receive as payment – they are criminals!

Can You Help Me?

While every Veteran’s situation is different, our staff of highly trained attorneys, advocates, financial advisors, and planners, as well as hard-working veterans, will do our absolute best to find you every possible advantage that we can. This isn’t just what we do, it’s our passion.

What if I need legal documents?

We have an attorney on staff who is more than happy to help you with whatever legal needs you may have. Simply be prepared to discuss your issues when you arrive for your appointment.

Do You File For My Disability Benefits?

No. In order to file your Disability Claims, you must speak with a VA accredited advocate. We have one in the office that we can refer you to if you need these services.

How Long Should I Expect To Work With You?

We will stay with you until the mission is accomplished. If we have to go out of the way to find you new or additional resources, we are more than happy to do so, no matter how long it takes!

When I first met with my advocate I was already rated at 30% disabled. I never thought about my hearing loss. After being evaluated my rating was increased. This added to my benefits significantly.

Honestly, my wife wasn’t sold on the whole process. Many groups target Vets with lots of empty promises. Our advocate was the real deal. We received all the benefits and entitlements I earned. Our lives are better for it. I can’t thank everyone at RLC Vets enough. My wife thanks you, too!

Kathy helped me receive my benefits when I had given up hope. I’m so grateful!

Teaming up with RLC Vets was an easy decision for my business. Len Connell and his team are doing great things for Veterans. We want to be a part of that! I encourage other businesses owners and leaders to get on board.
